Desert Highlands is an upscale
golf community in Scottsdale, Arizona. Its location adjacent to
Pinnacle Peak means many of the homes have sweeping mountain views or enjoy city
light views.
Here are the home sales figures for Desert Highlands. The first part shows
the inventory on the market as well as pending sales. Then, the actual sales
data is broken into three sections -first quarter 2010, April 2010 and May
2010. As you can see average sales prices and average price per sqaure foot vary
quite a bit month to month.

acres.
