Scottsdale Golf Community Snapshot - Prices By Subdivision
I was curious to see how pricing was performing in various golf communities in Scottsdale and in doing so, complied the following information.
As you can see, prices between the various communities as well as within the individual communities vary greatly. These communities represent everything from the top luxury properties in Scottsdale to less expensive communities that also feature fabulous golf as an amenity.
If you are in the market for a new home or are thinking of listing your home, one good indicator to look at is price per square foot. This figure will assist you in comparing the home in question to other homes in the subdivision as well as other similar homes in the area.
