Tatum Ranch, a sought-after community in the northeast corner of Phoenix in the town of Cave Creek, has 3,400 homes and five commercial sites that include drug stores, hardware stores, supermarkets and great dining. Thirty different neighborhoods crafted by a variety of builders make up this diverse community which was created by the SunCor Association in 1988.

Tatum Ranch has its own elementary school located within the development and there are many other quality schools nearby. Two parks on the south and west edges of the community are popular gathering places.

The Tatum Ranch Community Association serves as the governing body of the neighborhood and oversees the well-being of the entire community. TATUM RANCH GOLF CLUB

The centerpiece of Tatum Ranch is the Tatum Ranch Golf Club. The Par 72 course designed by Robert E. Culp provides 6,856 yards of fun on the links. Rolling fairways highlight the Tatum Ranch Golf Course. Like the community, the golf course reflects the natural beauty of the area. Many tournaments have been held here including the Southwest PGA Section Players’ Tournament.

• Tatum Ranch is a private club with several different memberships, including a seasonal rate for part-time residents.
• As of the beginning of 2009, the Full Golf Transferable Membership is $14,000 with monthly dues of $483. A Non-Transferable Membership is available for $6,000.
• A Limited Seasonal Membership is $6,000 with monthly dues of $531 from November to May.
• There are also Junior Execiitive, Fitness  and Summer Memberships available.
