I have compiled some market statistics to help you familiarize yourself with the local luxury market and the trends we are seeing.
Scottsdale Resale Market - The first group of reports analyze the activity for single-family homes in the Scottsdale resale market. The reports show the number of homes for sale, pending and sold based on price range and time period. Within each price band, you will be able to see price per square foot, average days on market, cumulative days on market as well as sales price to list price.
Quarterly Activity by Zip Code - The second category looks at quarterly activity by zip code. I have pulled the reports for the towns of Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and Carefree starting with Q1 2007. Data is now available through Q4 2007.
Scottsdale Resale Market Trends - This report looks at month-over-month performance of single-family resale homes in Scottsdale by price range.
