Knowing that the typical second home owner only uses their second home for an average of two weeks a year, yet has to maintain and manage the home all year long, the developers of LUXIAN came up with the concept to design a small, exclusive enclave where second homeowners would get to own a spectacular home, but would not have to worry about the day-to-day management and expense of that second home - freeing up precious time that could be better spent with family and friends.

The LUXIAN Scottsdale will consist of three estate-sized homes on acre lots in the heart of downtown Scottsdale and adjacent to the Phoenician Golf Course. The homes will be located within a gated enclave with top-of-the-line security and a 24-hour on-site concierge. Each estate home will have over 6,000 square feet and will contain 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Other features will include professional kitchens with caterer facilities, elevators, exercise rooms, private pools and spas with sun decks, wine cellars, owners' vaults and so much more.

Exclusive Offering

There are only eleven ownership opportunities available. Each owner will receive a 1/4 deeded interest in one of the estates.

Seasonal Usage

Your ownership interest will be tied to a seasonal usage plan.

Winter Season - If you select the Winter Season, you are eligible for two 4-week stay periods between October and March. Each owner will receive one of the 4-weeks during "high season" of January through March and the second 4-week stay will be during October through December. There are 9 of these ownership interests available.

Summer Season - If you select the Summer Season, you will receive one 24-week stay period that runs from April to September. There are 2 of these ownership interests available.

Expense-Free for the First Five Years
LUXIAN Scottsdale wants you to simply enjoy your time and ownership and therefore has created an inclusive cost concept for the first five years. All of the lifestyle amenities, maintenance and operating costs, taxes, insurance and any other expenses are taken care of for you for the first five years, freeing you up to spend more time with family and friends.
