Combine this with over 200 golf courses within the greater metro area, including the well-known Troon and TPC courses, and you can understand why it has earned the title of Golfer’s Paradise.   Scottsdale Market Update - July 2010 The median home sale price for single-family Scottsdale homes in July 2010 was $370,000.  In July 2010, there were 367 single-family home sales in Scottsdale.    The highest priced sale was a five bedroom, seven and one-half bathroom, 8,929 square foot home in the luxury golf community of Desert Mountain for $4,425,000. The lowest priced sale was for a three bedroom, two bathroom, 1,212 square foot home for $80,000. This home was a foreclosure.
