• The median asking price for Scottsdale single-family homes in April 2013 was $699,900.
• In April 2013, 531 single-family homes were sold with an average sales price of $573,670.
• The most expensive home sale in April took place in Silverleaf in DC Ranch. This five bedroom, eight bathroom home had 6,842 square feet and a 1.94 acre lot. The asking price had been $3,999,000 and the sales price was $3,525,000. It was a cash sale. 
• The least expensive sale was a fixer-upper, "as is" sale with three bedrooms and one bathroom. It had 980 square feet and was built in 1954. It was on the market for $134,900 and sold for $132,000 in a cash sale.
